As their performance was awesome, the principal of GITAM Institute of Management gave them a chance to perform at the GITAM Excellence Meet which was a two-day fest conducted by GITAM Institute of Management. With the crowd larger, it inspired the young hearts to perform better and the whole crowd gave standing applause. Our intention is only to bring out the talents of the children and project them. DESCRIPTION – The objective of this event is to reduce the number of accidents in Andhra Pradesh by improving the roads in India. The roads of various other developed countries are much wider and there is even less scope to commit mistakes as there are CCTV cameras covering almost all the roads. In India the coverage is limited to busy streets and main complexes. Many events are being conducted in Andhra Pradesh. The organisers liked the hospitality services provided by our NSS Unit and approached GITAM Institute of Management for volunteers. We were divided into various teams like venue, accommodation, food, media, etc. Each team had to take care of the responsibility provided to it. Everyone did their job wonderfully. We were very glad to extend our services to make the event a grand success.  The police department of traffic was very much pleased by the hospitality we gave and were looking forward to give us another opportunity.
